Ordering Process

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you place your order, at checkout, sales tax and customs duty fees (where applicable internationally) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges.

International order:

As the international recipient, you are liable for all duty fees, brokerage fees and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Order Cancellation:

We can’t cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes, please wait to receive your order and make any returns or exchange at that time. Payment Process:

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our website has a strong anti-fraud system in place. You can put your order in without any hesitation. When you place an order with a credit card on our website, we’ll first authorize your card and place a hold on it for an amount equal to your order. Your card will only be charged once your order has shipped.

Taxes for Canadian resident:

Taxes will be calculated at time of checkout, and is based on where your order will be shipped to.

Shipping Process

Please note processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. If you are not available at the time of drop off, the carrier will leave a note at your door with the next delivery attempt date or details of the closest pick up location.

Shipping cost

It’s free shipping on all orders shipped to a domestic address in Canada or in the USA. For all European orders, there is a 60 euros flat shipping charge. For all International orders, there is a $75USD flat shipping charge.

Shipping time:

Standard estimated delivery time after shipment leaves our warehouse is between 8-to 10 business days anywhere in Canada or in the USA. Delivery time for orders shipped to Europe or to International destinations is between 10 to 14 business days.
We’re shipping orders in Canada with Canpar.
We’re shipping orders to the USA with FedEx.
We’re shipping all international orders with UPS.

Shipping information:

Once a purchase has been made on mooseknucklescanada.com, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Another email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped and is on its way to your door. Your tracking number is also available in your account. Check the status of your order at any time on the carrier’s website:

Shipping your order to somebody else:

Orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After entering your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

Your Moose Knuckles jacket will run out when you do! We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your Moose Knuckles product. All Moose Knuckles products purchased on our website or at any authorised retailer are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Exchange and return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and you must provide the garment in its original condition; including tags and garment bag.
  • A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty, exchange, return, refunds and repairs issues.
  • Shipping costs incurred are at the responsibility of the sender.
  • Email customerservice@mooseknucklescanada.com or call 1-844- 99MOOSE (1-844- 996-6673) and let us know what the problem is. This step is necessary in order to start your exchange or return authorization process and get all the information you need.
  • Once you have received your return authorization number from us, put the jacket back in its original box and clearly write the return authorization number we gave you on the outside of the box
  • For an exchange, we will release your new items once your initial product has been received and inspected.
  • We also need to inspect the product you are sending back before issuing a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time received for your credit card company to process the refund into your account.
  • Please note all items in our “SALES” section are final sale. No refunds, no returns or any exchanges will be issued.

All prices on our website are final. While we understand it sucks sometimes, we will not make price adjustments or price matching for online purchases for items which have been placed on clearance on either our website or by any of our authorized retailers. Virtual Gift Cards are immediately sent via email to the recipient upon checkout. If you’d like to send or print it yourself, make sure to use your own email. To redeem your gift card, just enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card” section of your shopping cart. You can’t exchange a Virtual Gift Cards for its cash value.
