The Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be a key member of our finance team and will focus predominantly on our growing Mooseknuckles business, FDJ Jeans and Levy Canada as well as helping out with a variety of responsibilities with the rest of the team and sister companies. Mooseknuckles is in a high growth mode with recent expansion into the US and Europe.


  • Accounts Payable
  • Responsible of the full accounts payable cycle
  • Process company accounts payable ensuring that all invoices are entered accurately, in the correct G/L account and paid on a timely basis including credit cards.
  • Maintain a daily on-going file of payables invoices sorted by vendor. Match vendor’s invoices received daily to purchase orders & receipts
  • Verify invoices for accuracy i.e. quantities of items received match the amounts billed, vendor’s prices agree to purchase order, verify correct extensions of invoice values, ensure proper sales taxes have been charged, etc.
  • Track PO quantities to multiple receipts ensuring total receipts match purchase order quantities
  • Return incorrect invoices to vendors for corrections. Forward invoices not properly matched to pertinent company personnel for follow up & approval.
  • Answer vendors inquiries requesting payment
  • Monthly reconciliations of vendor’s statements received. Request any missing invoices from vendor
  • Manage all payment methods throughout the company (Check, wires, credit card, etc…)
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including senior management, to ensure always up to date
  • Monthly close : Preparation of the following:
    • Prepare payables accrual
    • Reconciliation of GL accounts and vendor statements
    • Adhoc schedules and requests
    • Support Year-end preparation of audit file
    • Segregate Amex/Visa expenses by GL
    • Reconcile intercompany accounts


  • Strong in excel
  • Fluent in English
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Extensive experience with service/overhead payables
  • Strong people skills
  • Experience with Momentis and Great Plains is an asset
  • Distribution experience is an asset

Serving as the right hand to an extremely busy president in this dynamic role you will not only manage his schedule but also attend meetings and answer emails on his behalf. This role requires a dedicated multi-tasker who is highly organized, flexible yet firm, with the ability to prioritize tasks and schedules ensuring deadlines are met. As a key member to a growing business you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and understand what it is to be a true gatekeeper.


  • Manage schedule; prioritize calendars accordingly, book meetings, conferences and travel, ensuring all required information for various meetings and events is supplied
  • Review and screen incoming emails to president, answer appropriately, filter and prioritize responses
  • Attend meetings on president’s behalf, take detailed notes and communicate information back to president

Fit and Spec Technician you will be responsible for receiving and measuring, correcting fits, making comments and following up with vendors.

You will also verify the grading, workmanship and all details to ensure samples meet requirements.


  • Assist in preparation of technical designs of garments using Illustrator

Moose Knuckles looking for a Web Merchandiser to join the team!

As the online merchandiser is responsible for coordinating and executing online activities for the Moose Knuckles and FDJ Websites.


  • Responsible for maintaining the online product catalog and ensuring accurate product information, complete size run and full product assortment
  • Improving the customer shopping experience by optimizing the product sequence through daily merchandising efforts
  • Obtaining product information and features from the production team and ensure that information is in alignment with the marketing and E-commerce calendar
  • Monitoring and tracking product performance and inventory availability
  • Preparing weekly performance reports, analyzing results and recommending solutions to improve performance
  • Coordinating photoshoots and booking models to ensure products are available for purchase online in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to make sure that campaign images are aligned with the online marketing strategy
  • Preparing weekly e-flyers, following a predetermined online marketing calendar, including copy set up and image selection
  • Creating ad campaigns and promoting products on social media to drive traffic to website
  • Creating promotion and discount codes in the backend
  • Perform markdowns or price adjustments as needed


  • 2-5 years of experience in the apparel industry
  • Previous experience as a web merchandiser, ideally in apparel
  • Knowledge of best practices with photoshoots and managing E-comm calendars
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Working directly with domestic vendors in Winnipeg to ensure correct hangers and price tickets are used and garments are ticketed correctly. Follow up with vendors and production team for all QA issues. Making sure the goods sent to our customers are shipped in accordance with our customer requirements.


  • Achieve Quality control objectives by monitoring day-to-day activities.
  • Do inline and final inspections for workmanship, specs and packing.
  • Submit inspection reports to the head office.
  • Communicate the inspection results with the factories
  • Follow up on repairs and respect deadlines.

Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to our Milano office!

Working out of our Milan office, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to both existing and potential customers. Implementing processes to guarantee a timely and proactive workflow, you will be the nucleolus between shipping, production, European customers and our Montreal Head Office.


  • Promote excellent customer service throughout the local organization
  • Implement efficient procedures and ensure consistency in the communication flow and customer service activities
  • Coordinate the customer service team to guarantee efficient and effective daily customer care, ensuring customer satisfaction through a positive and proactive attitude
  • Coordinate customer profile information, data entry and data maintenance, provide information and other assistance to customer service and A/R teams regarding customer credit, collection issues, orders and more
  • Order Management Activities: support market activities, execute order changes, review and maintain orders through the order management system, communicate order status and monitor orders to ensure timely shipping

The E-commerce Business Analyst will be the key contact and serve as a bridge between third party system integrators/development agency and the business. The role will support various stages of the e-Commerce platform product development lifecycle and combine knowledge of operations, business processes, data, web analytics, user behavior and market requirements to develop and document requirements and systems specifications for business growth and sustainability.


  • Create business specifications and liaise with third party development agencies
  • Identify issues, log tickets, and ensure timely resolution and implementation
  • Track, organize, and regularly report on current status of issues
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for E-Commerce platform improvements and user experience enhancements
  • Plan and elaborate workshop sessions
  • Develop and gain alignment on timeline for project implementation
  • Support and participate in UAT testing for all modification and enhancements of the E-commerce platform

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join the pack!

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking all domestic shipments, working with the broker to get goods to Europe while preparing all necessary documentations.


  • Prepare in transit & track all domestic shipments
  • Coordinate with broker and approve shipments going from Canada to the US and/or Europe
  • Prepare commercial invoices for all European shipments
  • Fill out F&W form for US shipments
  • Obtain customs tariff codes and update the system
  • Arrange customs documents for samples incoming and outgoing and track the shipments
  • Prepare documents for returns coming back to Canada

Moose Knuckles is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the pack!

In this role, you will be a key player in our growth, while managing orders, communicating with customers, and communicating with sales and production.


  • Process new orders, repeats, returns and damages (US customers)
  • Ensure all bulk orders get run down by released orders
  • Communicate any issues that will affect customer delivery with sales and production then work together to resolve it
  • Create and maintain customer files and orders in the ERP system
  • Prepare orders for the warehouse, verify customer PO’s and modify in the system as needed
  • Print and send MH10 labels for the US warehouses
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Communicate with credit department to release the orders
  • Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
