The Marketing Coordinator will be organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines, while paying close attention to detail

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Track product line samples, sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Update job knowledge by following relevant social media accounts, websites, and publications.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

As the Financial Analyst you will be a key member of the finance team and will focus predominantly on growing the Moose Knuckles business. Moose Knuckles is in high growth mode with recent expansion into the US and Europe.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • General bookkeeping for the Canadian, European and US companies including retail and liquidation outlets.
  • Support and assist in the preparation, analysis, documentation and review of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Performs various audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of the financial results.
  • Prepare monthly local and foreign tax filings (GST, HST, QST, VAT)
  • Monitor inventory including costing
  • Calculate royalties, commissions and management fees
  • Reconcile inter-company transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Participate in process improvement and policy development initiatives
  • Miscellaneous analysis, collaboration with numerous other departments and a variety of special projects as required by management
  • Assist the Auditors at year-end

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a finance analyst
  • Experience in clothing industry (retail/wholesale)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Comfortable with technology (desire to learn Momentis and Great Plains)
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and Fluent in English

Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will be an integral part of the accounts receivable and finance team and will play a major role in the organization.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • • Managing the full accounts receivable aging for the European accounts for one of our division
  • • Requesting credit coverage to our Credit Insurance Company
  • • Collecting with the help of our office in Milano and agents for the Prepayment accounts
  • • Managing the transmissions of data to a third party in charge of the collection
  • • Monitoring payment received by the third party company through their portal
  • • Taking care of chargebacks
  • • Approving credits and releasing orders
  • • Updating Management on issues

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • • 3 to 5 years or more of experience in credit.
  • • Experience with Credit Insurance Companies
  • • Experience with a Third party collection company
  • • Experience with managing Europeans receivables
  • • Efficient in Excel, knowledge of Microsoft office and experience with working with different collection software’s
  • • Analytical with solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • • Bilingual French and English (written and spoken) an asset
  • • Experience with Momentis and Great Plains is an asset
  • • Apparel experience is an asset

As a member of the Finance and administration team you will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll for offices in Italy, New York and Montreal, as well as retail stores across Canada.

This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and requires someone who is entrepreneurial minded and can hit the ground running.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage payroll for employees in Canada, USA and Europe including retail and warehouse.
  • Coordinate CSST, workman’s comp and related issues
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Update and reconcile monthly bank statements from ADP
  • Working on special projects as needed

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in payroll and best practices
  • Experience working with ADP
  • Experience in working with multiple countries and currencies
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

Moose Knuckles is adding an Executive Assistant to the team!

Serving as the right hand to an extremely busy president in this dynamic role you will not only manage his schedule but also attend meetings and answer emails on his behalf. This role requires a dedicated multi-tasker who is highly organized, flexible yet firm, with the ability to prioritize tasks and schedules ensuring deadlines are met. As a key member to a growing business you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and understand what it is to be a true gatekeeper.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage schedule; prioritize calendars accordingly, book meetings, conferences and travel, ensuring all required information for various meetings and events is supplied
  • Review and screen incoming emails to president, answer appropriately, filter and prioritize responses
  • Attend meetings on president’s behalf, take detailed notes and communicate information back to president
  • Manage and maintain personal and professional contacts and files, keeping all the business contact information organized and up to date
  • Personal errands and go-to for many personal and professional matters

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a similar role, understanding of fashion business a major asset
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially managing outlook calendar’s

Moose Knuckles is looking to add a temporary Operations and Administration Assistant to our Milan office.!

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join our General Services & Administration team as a temporary, 6 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent member of the tribe.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who will be responsible for administrative support in the areas of Operations, HR, Administration and Facility management. You will provides administrative support to company operations, policies, and procedures, dealing with the following main tasks: .

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support in organizing meetings and events; assist the Operations Manager and General Manager on finance, HR, administrative matters; provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters
  • Coordinate Logistics and Maintenance providers; support to IT helpdesk activities and general procurement activities
  • Prepare PO’s, keeping a regular update of the expense report for showroom & operations; track progress on payment,
  • Help for Time off and Absences issues related with Italian office
  • Post jobs, review resumes, contact candidates and headhunters, fix appointments and interviews, collect and provide documentation to HR for payroll purposes.
  • Assist the GM with his calendar and schedule; organize and support meetings, teleconferences, off sites; help with complex travel bookings and expense process; other project management support as requested.

  • Fluent in Italian & English both Oral & Written;
  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Previous experience as administrative assistant, office manager or equivalent positions in international environment;

  • Basic IT skills for Windows Operation System and Network.
