Moose Knuckles is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join the pack! As the traffic coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking all domestic shipments, working with the broker to get goods to Europe while preparing all necessary documentations.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Prepare in Transit & track all Domestic shipments
  • Coordinate with broker and approve shipments going from Canada to the US and/or Europe
  • Prepare Commercial Invoices for all Europe shipments
  • Fill out F&W form for US shipments
  • Obtain customs tariff codes and update the system
  • Arrange customs documents for Samples incoming and outgoing and track the shipments.
  • Prepare documents for returns coming back to Canada.
  • Continually review freight costs to keep cost down

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Outstanding organizational, coordination and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and take decisions

Moose Knuckles is adding an Executive Assistant to the team!

Serving as the right hand to an extremely busy president in this dynamic role you will not only manage his schedule but also attend meetings and answer emails on his behalf. This role requires a dedicated multi-tasker who is highly organized, flexible yet firm, with the ability to prioritize tasks and schedules ensuring deadlines are met. As a key member to a growing business you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and understand what it is to be a true gatekeeper.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage schedule; prioritize calendars accordingly, book meetings, conferences and travel, ensuring all required information for various meetings and events is supplied
  • Review and screen incoming emails to president, answer appropriately, filter and prioritize responses
  • Attend meetings on president’s behalf, take detailed notes and communicate information back to president
  • Manage and maintain personal and professional contacts and files, keeping all the business contact information organized and up to date
  • Personal errands and go-to for many personal and professional matters

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a similar role, understanding of fashion business a major asset
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially managing outlook calendar’s

Moose Knuckles is looking for a European Operations Specialist! As the Compliance/European Operations specialist you will be responsible for handling goods coming in and out of Europe from Canada and USA.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage all outbound shipments from Montreal and Winnipeg to Europe and all inbound from Europe to Montreal
  • Work with Traffic on all inbound shipments from Asia to Europe
  • Coordinate with broker for shipments going to Europe from Montreal and Winnipeg
  • Prepare commercial invoices for all Europe shipments
  • Review accuracy of all invoices received from transport/f. forwarders/brokers…and give in for payment
  • Submit all invoices from brokers & freight companies for approval.
  • Create/maintain a customer policy for all Europe Sales reps.
  • Organize/Manage Europe Inventory

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience in traffic, operations or logistics with multinational experience
  • Knowledge of shipments in/out of Europe an asset
  • Momentis and asset

Fit and Spec Technician you will be responsible for receiving and measuring, correcting fits, making comments and following up with vendors.

You will also verify the grading, workmanship and all details to ensure samples meet requirements.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in preparation of technical designs of garments using Illustrator
  • Working closely with Design, buying and production teams
  • Correct fit issues and communicate changes to the overseas makers
  • Maintain accurate product size and fit specifications in the finished garment
  • Follow up and proceed with any changes related to Fit & spec in the tech packs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in fitting Outerwear a major asset
  • Knowledge of Illustrator

Moose Knuckles is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the pack!

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player in our client care team, working with major customers the USA. While managing orders, you will communicate with customers, sales and production.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process new orders, repeats, returns and damages (US customers)
  • Ensure all bulk orders get run down by released orders
  • Communicate any issue that will affect customer delivery with Sales and Production and work together to resolve it.
  • Create and maintain customer files and orders in the ERP system
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Communicate with credit department to release the orders
  • Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Moose Knuckles is looking to add a temporary Operations and Administration Assistant to our Milan office.!

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join our General Services & Administration team as a temporary, 6 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent member of the tribe.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who will be responsible for administrative support in the areas of Operations, HR, Administration and Facility management. You will provides administrative support to company operations, policies, and procedures, dealing with the following main tasks: .

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support in organizing meetings and events; assist the Operations Manager and General Manager on finance, HR, administrative matters; provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters
  • Coordinate Logistics and Maintenance providers; support to IT helpdesk activities and general procurement activities
  • Prepare PO’s, keeping a regular update of the expense report for showroom & operations; track progress on payment,
  • Help for Time off and Absences issues related with Italian office
  • Post jobs, review resumes, contact candidates and headhunters, fix appointments and interviews, collect and provide documentation to HR for payroll purposes.
  • Assist the GM with his calendar and schedule; organize and support meetings, teleconferences, off sites; help with complex travel bookings and expense process; other project management support as requested.

  • Fluent in Italian & English both Oral & Written;

  • Previous experience as administrative assistant, office manager or equivalent positions in international environment;

In this role, you will be a key player in our growth, while managing orders, communicating with customers, and communicating with sales and production.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:
