Moose Knuckles Milan office is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant to join the team!

As the Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant you will provide professional and accurate service while liaising with the finance team, Canadian Headquarters. Shipping and more. You are flexible with a focus on team work, you are a dynamic, positive and driven person passionate about serving customers and open to different schedules and requests.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Guarantee efficient and effective customer care and ensure customer satisfaction through a positive and proactive attitude
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints, including product returns and generating return authorizations, invoicing issues, delivery concerns
  • Collect customer profile information, data entry and data maintenance, provide information and other assistance to the Canadian Headquarter CS and A/R teams regarding customer credit and collection issues
  • Order Management Activities: support market activities that include order resolution, execute order changes based upon business needs, review and maintain orders
  • Shipment execution: keep in contact with the warehouse resolving shipment issues, provide customers with relevant information and shipping documents, monitor customers’ sales data to promote reorders and facilitate product exchanges;
  • Credit: share with customers information provided by Finance regarding accounting situations and statements of account, prepare and send out request for advanced payments, proforma invoices, check of credit notes, etc.

As the Head of Global Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, management and operations of Moose Knuckles retail expansion, stores and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a well-documented record of success as an accomplished executive in the premium fashion industry. You will manage the existing retail business, help scout new locations, oversee store openings and drive the direct to consumer strategies. You will report directly to the President and CEO. This position is located in Montreal.

Some of what you’ll do:

- Assist shaping the short-term and long-term objectives for the retail portfolio
- Create initiatives that captures the global growth potential
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop events, initiatives and public relations moments for the retail portfolio

- Provide cross-functional leadership and works closely with Montreal and New York based HQ team members to refine and execute retail strategy and growth

As the Logistic Coordinator for exports related to web orders, distributors, inter-company transfers and salesman samples for the North American and International territory.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Monitor web orders and make sure they ship within the required timeframe
  • Maintain a good communication with each warehouse to get shipping information and advise on any upcoming shipment.
  • Monitor ship log report and make sure all distributor’s orders are on time and issue pick tickets.
  • Coordinate pickup with freight forwarder/broker and make sure Fish & Wildlife appointment are scheduled for any US shipment.
  • Provide and ensure accuracy of all custom documents (commercial invoice – Fish & Wildlife forms – B13 – Health Certificate – etc.)
  • Be the link for any UPS and Fedex inquiries related to order issues (customer returns-missing documents-missing information)
  • Instruct warehouses with any specific shipment’s requirement according to each specific destination.
  • Ensure a good communication with our European office regarding any distributor’s orders.
  • Ensure master files are up to date in the system with compliant information. (HS code, MID, etc.)

As the Traffic Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring goods are shipped on time, arraigning shipments in a cost and time sensitive manner while supporting the traffic manager.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Follow up on shipping schedule to ensure goods are ready and bookings to freight forwarders are submitted on time
  • Arrange shipments by ocean/ air/ truck effectively realizing the cost savings on freight expenses, best routing and transit time
  • Coordinate shipments/ documentation with domestic suppliers, dealing with occurring issues
  • Manage and prepare necessary customs and export documentation for the efficient and lawful movement of all products
  • Monitor shipments in transit and ensuring on time deliveries
  • Provide support to Traffic manager and other departments by advising shipment status updates
  • Enter and update information pertaining to shipments in Momentis

  • 3 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of export documentation and requirements out of Canada to USA and Europe is a strong asset

Moose Knuckles is opening its first U.S. store in Soho and is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager. As the GM you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales performance; recruitment, motivation and development of staff; store merchandising and visual presentation; expense and payroll controls, along with creating a unique and exceptional customer experience with the Moose Knuckles philosophy.

Some of what you’ll do:

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals & targets
- Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level, offering an unique experience
- Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results

Moose Knuckles is looking for an EDI / Operation Coordinator to join its team!
In this role, you will be a pinnacle addition to the growing operations team. Working with the Amazon account web portal, and Momentis you will manage orders and process weekly replenishment.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Confirm shipments, verify prices and inventory
  • Communicate with credit department to release the orders
  • Communicate changes with the sales reps in regards to allocation and shipping log report
  • Communicate regularly with 3rd party Warehouse
  • Send all 856’s transmissions
  • Dispute Amazon Chargebacks
  • Preparing Price Tickets template for EDI customers that requires special ticketing
  • Process EDI Logistic transmissions to our 3rd Party Warehouse in the US for
  • EDI Transactions for various sets
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned and a back up to EDI Colleague
  • Process new orders, repeats, returns and damages (US customers)
  • Ensure all bulk orders get run down by released orders
  • Communicate any issue that will affect customer delivery with Sales and Production and work together to resolve it.

Moose Knuckles is looking to a Fit Tech to join it’s ever growing team!

As the Fit Tech you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, maintaining, and controlling the fit process. Monitoring department policies and procedures and recommending improvements. You will also ensure accurate recording and reporting of transactions. As well as overseeing sewing instructions, all fits and follow up samples.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Assist in managing, developing and implementing short- and long-term goals, objectives and strategies for the fit & spec department.
  • Spec and assign pattern blocks for all new styles and submit to factories to ensure production gets costings
  • Make sure samples are organized and schedule samples rotation and organization. Responsible for keeping and organizing archive and sealed samples.
  • Manage and ensure that all sewing instructions, specs and grading is put in the tech packs at beginning of each season. Work closely with development team to ensure construction is optimal.
  • Advise production/design of major changes in the Fit & Spec.
  • Coordinate and prioritize work load.
  • Ensure that all company procedures are followed by all factories.
  • Review all new or revised vendor requirements related to fits and ensure they are in the system and effectively communicated to suppliers

Some of what you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fits
  • Experience in supervising a team and distributing workload

As a member of the Finance and administration team you will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll for offices in Italy, New York and Montreal, as well as retail stores across Canada.

This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and requires someone who is entrepreneurial minded and can hit the ground running.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join our General Services & Administration team as a temporary, 6 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent member of the tribe.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who will be responsible for administrative support in the areas of Operations, HR, Administration and Facility management. You will provides administrative support to company operations, policies, and procedures, dealing with the following main tasks: .


  • Support in organizing meetings and events; assist the Operations Manager and General Manager on finance, HR, administrative matters; provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters
  • Coordinate Logistics and Maintenance providers; support to IT helpdesk activities and general procurement activities
  • Prepare PO’s, keeping a regular update of the expense report for showroom & operations; track progress on payment,
  • Help for Time off and Absences issues related with Italian office
