Current openings

As the Wholesale Manager you will be responsible for developing and growing US sales, while fostering key relationships to ensure merchandise is placed properly.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Foster relationships with key buying and marketing teams with retail partners
  • Develop the expansion of distribution, upgrading positioning
  • Collect and analyze sell-throughs regularly and work proactively to improve clients’ performance (swaps, reorders, support actions and promotions).
  • Promote and supervise marketing coop activities at local level (launch events, CRM, windows, dedicated areas, POP).
  • Propose and execute on opportunities for collaborations or exclusive products for retailers
  • Responsible for planning, execution and KPIs/ROI of marketing initiatives in collaboration with trade
  • Present collections to clients in NYC showroom maximizing sell-in and optimizing quality of assortment
  • Ensure budgets/targets agreed by clients are met or exceeded
  • Ensure online presence is always coherent with brand image and campaigns are updated
  • Control price policy and promotions are consistent with brand policy and strategy
  • Coordinate Sales Executive and NYC Showroom activities during sales campaigns

Some of what you’ll need:

  • Experience in a senior sales role for international fashion/contemporary premium brands
  • A flair for new trends and brands, respected by key national retailers (Kith, OC, Dover Street Market)
  • Strong administrative background – will be responsible for order entry, drafting of shipping status reports and communicating to head office
  • Available to travel to visit all accounts and provide merchandising guidelines and product knowledge sessions
  • Organized and computer savvy
  • Entrepreneurial minded with solid business acumen

Working directly with overseas vendors, you will ensure that all materials have been tested and lab reports completed. You will follow up with vendors and production team for all QA issues. Making sure the goods sent to our customers are shipped in accordance with our customer requirements.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Achieve Quality control objectives by monitoring day-to-day activities
  • Follow up with vendors and make sure to receive all fabrics and trims lab reports
  • Keeping track of fabric /trim samples
  • Update the Master log. Fabric cut date, Inspection dates
  • Follow and respect deadlines in critical path
  • Inspect goods in warehouse, ensuring they comply with customer’s needs.
  • Do inspection reports.
  • Complete all other duties as required to support the mission of the QA

Some of what you’ll need:

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Lead the translation of the brand into physical store initiatives, balancing of creating commercial and functional retail space
  • Lead the translation and implementation of marketing campaigns and concepts into the store environment
  • Work with the marketing to develop and roll out commercial, innovative and on brand visual merchandising that showcases the brand
  • Work with suppliers and team to deliver visual merchandising and experiential initiatives efficiently and cost effectively
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that teaches sales associates on how to leverage visual merchandising schemes and how to execute them
  • Partner with store construction team making recommendations on store layout and visual displays.

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a visual merchandiser in any artistic field

Moose Knuckles Milan office is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant to join the team!

As the Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant you will provide professional and accurate service while liaising with the finance team, Canadian Headquarters. Shipping and more. You are flexible with a focus on team work, you are a dynamic, positive and driven person passionate about serving customers and open to different schedules and requests.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Guarantee efficient and effective customer care and ensure customer satisfaction through a positive and proactive attitude
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints, including product returns and generating return authorizations, invoicing issues, delivery concerns
  • Collect customer profile information, data entry and data maintenance, provide information and other assistance to the Canadian Headquarter CS and A/R teams regarding customer credit and collection issues
  • Order Management Activities: support market activities that include order resolution, execute order changes based upon business needs, review and maintain orders
  • Shipment execution: keep in contact with the warehouse resolving shipment issues, provide customers with relevant information and shipping documents, monitor customers’ sales data to promote reorders and facilitate product exchanges;
  • Credit: share with customers information provided by Finance regarding accounting situations and statements of account, prepare and send out request for advanced payments, proforma invoices, check of credit notes, etc.
  • Provide guidelines and support to Sales Agents for systems and procedures, provide merchandising guidelines and product training, coordinating for the collection and remittance of customer sales orders; assist in the presentation of the collection to customers in showroom
  • Provide analysis and reports to superiors as required

Moose Knuckles is looking for Marketing Coordinator to join our Milano office!

As the Marketing Coordinator, based in Milan, you will be a key part of the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events and CRM projects in order to help achieve the goals and objectives of the department.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Liaise with Moose Knuckles Europe marketing department and the US corporate team in ordering marketing materials
  • Responsible for ordering and keeping inventory of various marketing
  • Implement and coordinate the execution for all direct mail and displays materials, providing internal and external clients clear communication on timelines
  • Assist the marketing & PR team in the execution of retail and wholesale events and press initiatives
  • Enter and track invoices in Marketing & PR budget
  • Assist in planning and coordinating of all management and marketing presentations
  • Track special event results and distribute recaps to assess performance & program effectiveness;
  • Manage timeline to ensure actions are completed & deliverables are met for events, trunk shows and internal departments;
  • Distribution of all editorial and celebrity placement to Sales team and Key Clients

As the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, management and operations of Moose Knuckles retail expansion, stores and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a well-documented record of success as an accomplished executive in the premium fashion industry. You will manage the existing retail business, help scout new locations, oversee store openings and drive the direct to consumer strategies. You will report directly to the President and CEO. This position is located in Montreal.

Some of what you’ll do:

- Assist shaping the short-term and long-term objectives for the retail portfolio
- Create initiatives that captures the global growth potential
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop events, initiatives and public relations moments for the retail portfolio

- Provide cross-functional leadership and works closely with Montreal and New York based HQ team members to refine and execute retail strategy and growth
- Oversees integration of retail stores, ecommerce and distribution processes to ensure efficiencies and optimal results are achieved

Finance & Budgeting
- Accountable for achieving financial results and other performance objectives

Moose Knuckles is opening its first U.S. store in Soho and is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager. As the GM you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales performance; recruitment, motivation and development of staff; store merchandising and visual presentation; expense and payroll controls, along with creating a unique and exceptional customer experience with the Moose Knuckles philosophy.

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals & targets
- Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level, offering an unique experience
- Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results

As a member of the Finance and administration team you will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll for offices in Italy, New York and Montreal, as well as retail stores across Canada.

This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and requires someone who is entrepreneurial minded and can hit the ground running.


  • Manage payroll for employees in Canada, USA and Europe including retail and warehouse.
  • Coordinate CSST, workman’s comp and related issues
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Update and reconcile monthly bank statements from ADP

Moose Knuckles is looking to add a temporary Operations and Administration Assistant to our Milan office.!

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join our General Services & Administration team as a temporary, 6 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent member of the tribe.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who will be responsible for administrative support in the areas of Operations, HR, Administration and Facility management. You will provides administrative support to company operations, policies, and procedures, dealing with the following main tasks: .


  • Support in organizing meetings and events; assist the Operations Manager and General Manager on finance, HR, administrative matters; provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters
  • Coordinate Logistics and Maintenance providers; support to IT helpdesk activities and general procurement activities
  • Prepare PO’s, keeping a regular update of the expense report for showroom & operations; track progress on payment,
  • Help for Time off and Absences issues related with Italian office
  • Post jobs, review resumes, contact candidates and headhunters, fix appointments and interviews, collect and provide documentation to HR for payroll purposes.
  • Assist the GM with his calendar and schedule; organize and support meetings, teleconferences, off sites; help with complex travel bookings and expense process; other project management support as requested.
