Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to our Milano office!

Working out of our Milan office, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to both existing and potential customers. Implementing processes to guarantee a timely and proactive workflow, you will be the nucleolus between shipping, production, European customers and our Montreal Head Office.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Promote excellent customer service throughout the local organization
  • Implement efficient procedures and ensure consistency in the communication flow and customer service activities
  • Coordinate the customer service team to guarantee efficient and effective daily customer care, ensuring customer satisfaction through a positive and proactive attitude
  • Coordinate customer profile information, data entry and data maintenance, provide information and other assistance to customer service and A/R teams regarding customer credit, collection issues, orders and more
  • Order Management Activities: support market activities, execute order changes, review and maintain orders through the order management system, communicate order status and monitor orders to ensure timely shipping
  • Shipment planning and execution: keep the contact with the warehouse resolving shipment issues, manage the shipping procedure from picking to delivery, preparing documents, resolve discrepancies, provide the customers with all the relevant information and shipping documents, monitor customers’ sales data to promote reorders and facilitate product exchanges
  • Provide guidelines and support to Sales Agents for systems and procedures, visiting the Company’s showroom, providing merchandising guidelines and product training, coordinating for the collection and remittance of customer sales orders;
  • Provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in Customer service
  • Experience within the Fashion & Luxury Industry
  • A first class degree and a passion for retail and fashion
  • Proficient English and French languages

As a customer service specialist for Moose Knuckles you will be a pinnacle member of the pack as the first line for various retailers and distributors.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Enter orders for web customers and flagships store
  • Create and process Return Authorizations for web customers and receive returns
  • Allocations / Shipping log reports and communicate changes
  • Communicate with credit department to release the orders
  • Process repairs
  • During peak season will help with consumer phone calls / emails
  • Communicate client needs to management
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage schedule; prioritize calendars accordingly, book meetings, conferences and travel, ensuring all required information for various meetings and events is supplied
  • Review and screen incoming emails to president, answer appropriately, filter and prioritize responses
  • Attend meetings on president’s behalf, take detailed notes and communicate information back to president
  • Manage and maintain personal and professional contacts and files, keeping all the business contact information organized and up to date
  • Personal errands and go-to for many personal and professional matters

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a similar role, understanding of fashion business a major asset
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially managing outlook calendar’s
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and managing complex assignments

Working directly with domestic vendors in Winnipeg to ensure correct hangers and price tickets are used and garments are ticketed correctly. Follow up with vendors and production team for all QA issues. Making sure the goods sent to our customers are shipped in accordance with our customer requirements.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Achieve Quality control objectives by monitoring day-to-day activities.
  • Do inline and final inspections for workmanship, specs and packing.
  • Submit inspection reports to the head office.
  • Communicate the inspection results with the factories
  • Follow up on repairs and respect deadlines.
  • Make sure all orders are packed and ticketed to comply with customer requirements
  • Complete all other duties as required to support the mission of the QA and fit departments

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Experience working in QC, outerwear experience an asset

As the Technical Designer for apparel and outerwear production you will be responsible for collaborating with the production and design team, communicating with overseas makers and creating sketches and tech packs for production.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with production and design team to keep all information regarding trims, fabric, labels and tags accurate.
  • Communicate with overseas vendors/suppliers to retrieve information required.
  • Update sketches when needed.
  • Ensure all sketches are matching approved garment.
  • Comment on fit samples regarding trims, labels, fabric and styling components.

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent knowledge of Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs.
  • Well organized and methodical
  • Good sense of initiative.
  • Outerwear experience a major asset

As the Financial Analyst you will be a key member of the finance team and will focus predominantly on growing the Moose Knuckles business. Moose Knuckles is in high growth mode with recent expansion into the US and Europe.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • General bookkeeping for the Canadian, European and US companies including retail and liquidation outlets
  • Support and assist in the preparation, analysis, documentation and review of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Performs various audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of the financial results
  • Prepare monthly local and foreign tax filings (GST, HST, QST, VAT)
  • Monitor inventory including costing
  • Calculate royalties, commissions and management fees
  • Reconcile inter-company transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Participate in process improvement and policy development initiatives
  • Miscellaneous analysis, collaboration with numerous other departments and a variety of special projects as required by management
  • Assist the Auditors at year-end

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a finance analyst
  • Experience in clothing industry (retail/wholesale)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)

JOB OVERVIEW:

The E-commerce Business Analyst will be the key contact and serve as a bridge between third party system integrators/development agency and the business. The role will support various stages of the e-Commerce platform product development lifecycle and combine knowledge of operations, business processes, data, web analytics, user behavior and market requirements to develop and document requirements and systems specifications for business growth and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create business specifications and liaise with third party development agencies
  • Identify issues, log tickets, and ensure timely resolution and implementation
  • Track, organize, and regularly report on current status of issues
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for E-Commerce platform improvements and user experience enhancements
  • Plan and elaborate workshop sessions
  • Develop and gain alignment on timeline for project implementation
  • Support and participate in UAT testing for all modification and enhancements of the E-commerce platform

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong Documentation and Communication skills required (Document Business Requirements, use case development, business process diagraming, facilitating information gathering sessions and workshops)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, operate under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent skills with MS Office, MS Project and Web-based software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, highly-motivated team player
  • Proficient technical knowledge of ecommerce technologies and web development

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in E-commerce Business Analyst role
  • Project Management experience is an asset
  • Experience with Magento Enterprise E-commerce platform is an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French), spoken and written

Moose Knuckles is adding a Trim Buyer to the pack!

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that components required during the production process are ordered and in place so that our domestic and overseas production facilities can meet delivery schedules.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Create, update and maintain the integrity of fabric, accessories and trim database
  • Ensure factories receive components on time
  • Maintain component integrity inventory levels with suppliers and factories to be in line with policies
  • Ensure that all components have been tested and QA approved
  • Prepare and manage claims
  • Manage cross functional with all departments and manage communication with suppliers

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join the pack!

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking all domestic shipments, working with the broker to get goods to Europe while preparing all necessary documentations.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare in transit & track all domestic shipments
  • Coordinate with broker and approve shipments going from Canada to the US and/or Europe
  • Prepare commercial invoices for all European shipments
  • Fill out F&W form for US shipments
  • Obtain customs tariff codes and update the system
  • Arrange customs documents for samples incoming and outgoing and track the shipments
  • Prepare documents for returns coming back to Canada
  • Continually review freight costs to keep cost down

Moose Knuckles is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the pack!

In this role, you will be a key player in our growth, while managing orders, communicating with customers, and communicating with sales and production.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Process new orders, repeats, returns and damages (US customers)
  • Ensure all bulk orders get run down by released orders
  • Communicate any issues that will affect customer delivery with sales and production then work together to resolve it
  • Create and maintain customer files and orders in the ERP system
  • Prepare orders for the warehouse, verify customer PO’s and modify in the system as needed
  • Print and send MH10 labels for the US warehouses
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Communicate with credit department to release the orders
  • Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

  • Minimum one year of EDI experience

Working out of the head office based in Montreal, you will liaise with the flagship store and head office ensuring all inventory and merchandise requirements are met while managing the buys. You will also work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to support the delivery of business results with our wholesale partners through in store marketing and visual merchandising specific approaches

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who has a taste for luxury, a keen understanding of the high-end retail market and an entrepreneurial hunger.

  • Embed and monitor compliance across wholesale accounts through the application of the brand's image and VM guidelines that you help create (analysis of photos, sending guidelines, answering store queries)
  • Co-ordinate the collection in stores
  • Coach wholesale partners with VM training including product knowledge sessions

SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience as a buyer or planner in a retailer
  • Experience with an excellent understanding of high end or luxury fashion and retail.
  • Familiar with an POS systems, knowledge of Lightspeed a plus
  • Able to work independently, while contributing to team efforts
