HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Holiday policy covers all full price and sale items.
Any purchase made (excluding gift cards) on or after November 14th,2023, through to December 24th, can be returned or exchanged online or in store until January 8th, 2024. Full price purchases made on or after December 9th will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy. There will be no returns or exchanges in stores on Nov 24-27 & Dec 26th.
Online orders should be postmarked by January 8th, 2024, to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Yes, returns and exchanges will be accepted for all items, including those with discounts of 30% or more, during the holiday return period.
