Current openings

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting oversight, including Europe and all of North America for the retail and wholesale divisions. Managing 3 people, while reporting to the controller, you will be an integral part of our finance department, while supporting Moose Knuckles major growth!

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Reconcile data between the operating, POS, accounting and reporting systems
  • Month end file and financial statement preparation
  • Review monthly sales tax returns including Canadian, US and European filings
  • Review of general ledger activity to ensure appropriate allocation of revenues and expenses and variance analysis, including gross margin
  • Review of a variety of commission and management fee calculations
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Review bank reconciliations
  • Prepare year-end and governmental audit files

Some of what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business administration, CPA designation an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, while managing staff
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingual in French and English, Italian an asset
  • Experience in accounting for a retail or distribution organization an asset
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle many different tasks

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle. While maintaining the daily on-going A/P files, verifying invoices and communicating effectively with all departments.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Responsible of the full accounts payable cycle
  • Process accounts payable ensuring that all invoices are entered accurately, in the correct G/L account and paid on a timely basis including credit cards.
  • Maintain a daily on-going file of payables invoices sorted by vendor.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy i.e. quantities of items received match the amounts billed, vendor’s prices agree to purchase order, and etc.
  • Track PO quantities to multiple receipts ensuring total receipts match purchase order quantities
  • Return incorrect invoices to vendors for corrections. Forward invoices not properly matched to pertinent company personnel for follow up & approval.
  • Prepare payables accrual
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts and vendor statements
  • Support Year-end preparation of audit file

Some of what you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with service/overhead payables
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset)

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and evolve day-to-day execution of programming, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the business. As a well-rounded and digital-savvy professional, with experience across paid digital media and 360 digital campaign management, you will possess a full understanding of mobile and social media properties, ideally in a prestigious environment.

Some of what you’ll do:

Media Planning Influence and Execution:

- Provide oversight of digital strategy, planning and budgeting process
- Manage and coordinate process to execute digital marketing campaigns
- Influence and guide our paid digital, social media strategy to drive optimization and conversion
- Provide and solicit market input while building productive relationships with key partners internally and externally.

Agency Management:

Some of what you’ll need:

  • Bachelors in marketing, advertising or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce and/ or digital media

As the designer you will be responsible for taking direction from the VP of design and interpreting it for the ladies outerwear collection. Working with the design team, you will travel for market research, work with fits and development, and liaise with our global sales teams in Europe and Asia.

As the Wholesale Manager you will be responsible for developing and growing US sales, while fostering key relationships to ensure merchandise is placed properly.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Foster relationships with key buying and marketing teams with retail partners
  • Develop the expansion of distribution, upgrading positioning
  • Collect and analyze sell-throughs regularly and work proactively to improve clients’ performance (swaps, reorders, support actions and promotions).
  • Promote and supervise marketing coop activities at local level (launch events, CRM, windows, dedicated areas, POP).

As the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, management and operations of Moose Knuckles retail expansion, stores and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a well-documented record of success as an accomplished executive in the premium fashion industry. You will manage the existing retail business, help scout new locations, oversee store openings and drive the direct to consumer strategies. You will report directly to the President and CEO. This position is located in Montreal.

- Help define culture and operating practices for Moose Knuckles retail

Moose Knuckles is opening its first U.S. store in Soho and is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager. As the GM you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales performance; recruitment, motivation and development of staff; store merchandising and visual presentation; expense and payroll controls, along with creating a unique and exceptional customer experience with the Moose Knuckles philosophy.
