HOW DO I SIGN UP?

If your basket is eligible for purchase with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. Once you have selected Klarna you can follow the steps to create an account.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO SIGN UP?

To sign up, you will need:

  1. Be old enough
    You need to be at least 18 in order to use Klarna’s payment options.
  2. Have a positive credit history
    History of positive behavior as a Klarna customer can improve your chances of being approved, so ensure to not miss a payment. Good to know: You can sign up for free to one of the Credit Reference Agencies (Experian or Transunion) to understand your credit profile and for guidance about how it could be improved. If you have been declined because we have not been able to verify your details, it may be that there is conflicting information held by the Credit Reference Agencies so Klarna is unable to confirm your identity.
  3. Don’t have a lot of debt
    If you still have balances on unpaid purchases, it would be beneficial to pay them off to possibly increase your chance of approval.
  4. Connect your bank account
    If given the option, connect your bank account with Klarna. This will give us the chance to get a clearer picture of your ability to pay, and as a result, we will be able to make an informed credit decision. This option is only presented when we can’t get enough information from other sources. Know that we handle your data carefully and that you can remove your bank account granted access at any time.
  5. Change the amount of your order
    The total amount in the shopping cart may be too high, so remove an item(s) and try again.

HOW CAN I PAY USING KLARNA?

Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

HAS KLARNA RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?

Klarna will always send an email confirmation and SMS for all payments received, but download the Klarna app for notifications and payment status updates in real-time.

Wait 3 days before checking if your payment made in the app has been registered. To confirm receipt of your payment or to track your payment status Log in to the app.

WILL I STILL BE CHARGED IF MY ORDER IS CANCELLED?

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact Moose Knuckles. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, Klarna will update your payments accordingly and you can check the status of your payments anytime via Klarna’s site or in your Klarna app. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first we have updated your payments accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.

WHAT IF I GET DECLINED FROM USING KLARNA?

You can use an alternate payment method to complete your purchase. To use Klarna for future orders, please reach out to Klarna’s customer service team to discuss options. You can contact them in the Klarna app or at klarna.com.

CAN I PAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE?

Yes. If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in to the app, at the top of the page go to the order page, and select “Pay off early”.

WHAT IF I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered in the Moose knuckles system. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of us logging the returned or cancelled order.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY STATEMENT WHEN I'VE RETURNED THE GOODS?

Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY FOR MY ORDER?

If Klarna is unable to collect the Pay in 3 payment on the scheduled date, they will try again. If the payment fails, the amount due for the missed payment will be added to the next scheduled payment. Missed payments incur late fees and are sent to debt collection. You’ll receive a payment reminder if you miss the due date of your Pay in 30 days purchase. Be sure to pay on time to avoid late fees and debt collection. If your automated Financing payment fails you can make a manual payment in the app. Any missed payment will be automatically added to the next month’s installment. Read more
