No, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases, however, we do allow exchanges exclusively at our full-priced stores (we do not allow exchanges and returns within our outlet locations).

For eligible orders, online refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and can only be completed if returned within the same country where it was purchased.

Yes, you can return items purchased online to our full price stores within the country where the purchase was made, if they are within the return policy period and the payment method was Credit Card. Any other form of payment used for your online purchase must be returned online, for example Klarna or PayPal.
