Your Moose Knuckles jacket will run out when you do! We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your Moose Knuckles product. All Moose Knuckles products purchased on our website or at any authorised retailer are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Customers with Mooseknuckles account:

  1. Log in to "My Account" and select "MY ORDERS" from the left side menu of "MY DASHBOARD" page.
  2. Select the order from the list.
  3. Select the item to return and complete the information on the page.
  4. The return label will be sent to you via email

Shipping the package:

  1. Attach the return label and top portion of the return authorization to the exterior box,
  2. Insert the bottom portion of the return authorization in the box.
  3. Drop off the box at the designated courier drop off location.
  4. The tracking number on your return label will allow you to track your return to our warehouse or return partner.

Refund and exchange:

  1. Items at 50% off are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Refunds are generally processed between 10-12 business days from when we receive your package.
  3. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time the refund is issued for your credit card company to process the refund into your account.
  4. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
  5. For an exchange, we will release your new items once your initial product has been received and inspected.

Important Notes:

  • Exchange and return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase and you must provide the garment in its original condition; including tags.
  • A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty, exchange, return, and refund or repair issues.
  • COVID heroes don’t wear masks to protect themselves, but to protect others. When you wear a mask - along with lots of hygiene, hand-washing, sanitization, and physical distancing – you help slow the community spread of the COVID-19 virus. Here’s what the Government of Canada says: “Wearing a non-medical mask or face covering while out in public is recommended for periods of time when it's not possible to consistently maintain a 2-metre physical distance from others, particularly in crowded public settings, such as: shopping areas, public transportation, stores and personal service settings.” And, please don’t mistake these masks for medical COVID personal protective equipment. They are non-medical masks intended only to mitigate community spread. Please wash before first use. These masks are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
