HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Holiday policy covers all full price and sale items.
Any purchase made (excluding gift cards) on or after November 14th,2023, through to December 24th, can be returned or exchanged online or in store until January 8th, 2024. Full price purchases made on or after December 9th will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy. There will be no returns or exchanges in stores on Nov 24-27 & Dec 26th.
What is the deadline for returning online orders?
Online orders should be postmarked by January 8th, 2024, to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I return, or exchange items purchased at a discount during the holiday period?
Yes, returns and exchanges will be accepted for all items, including those with discounts of 30% or more, during the holiday return period.
What is the deadline for returning full-priced items?
All full-priced items will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy, but during the holiday period, they can be returned until January 8th, 2024.
Can I return gift cards under the holiday return policy?
Gift cards are excluded from the holiday return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I need a receipt to make a return or exchange during the holiday period?
Yes, receipt is required for any return or exchanges in store and online.
How will online refunds be processed during the holiday period?
Online Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment for returns made during the holiday period.
Can I return, or exchange online purchases to Moose Knuckles stores?
Yes, you can return, or exchange items purchased online to our full price stores, if they are within the holiday return policy period and the payment method was Credit Card. Any other form of payment used for your online purchase must be returned online, for example Klarna or PayPal.
Can I return or exchange online purchases to a Moose Knuckles Outlet Store?
Unfortunately, No, outlet stores cannot return or exchange online or full price purchases.
Can I return something purchased online or in store from Canada to the USA or vice versa?
Unfortunately, no, all returns and exchanges must be completed within the original country of purchase.
