HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our Holiday refund and exchange policy for any full priced purchased product begins on November 18th, 2025, through December 23rd, 2025, allowing full priced merchandise to be refunded in store or through our online portal until January 5th, 2026. Exchanges are only possible in Moose Knuckles Stores. Full price purchases made on or after December 24th will be subject to the standard 14-day return policy. 

From November 18 through December 23, any items sold at a discount (excluding gift cards), whether online or in a full-price location, will be eligible for exchange in-store only or for a gift card (redeemable in-store and online) until January 5, 2026, for the amount paid. Discounted items purchased on or after December 24 will be subject to a 14-day return policy and will be eligible for exchange (in-store only) or for an eGift card (redeemable in-store and online) until January 5, 2026, for the amount paid. 

 Any items sold at 50% discount or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the garment is found defective by the manufacturer. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges in stores on November 28th& December 26th.  

The standard return policy resumes when the Holiday Return Policy finishes.  

 STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Full Price items can be returned 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Items sold at a discount are eligible to be returned for an online gift card at the value paid within 14 days of the delivery date. Any items sold at 50% discount or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or eGift Card. 

Only requests for refunds on merchandise purchased in-store or from our online store at www.mooseknuckles.com will be accepted. We do not accept requests for returns on merchandise purchased elsewhere. Please note, online purchases made using PayPal, or Klarna can only be returned through our online return portal, and not in our retail stores. 

The garment must be unworn, and in its original condition. All tags must be affixed to the garment. 

Moose Knuckles will thoroughly inspect all product before issuing a refund or eGift Card.
