The following price policy applies to orders for products and services placed by users (“customers”, “you” or “your”) of websites operated by Modes Moose Inc. (“Moose Knuckles”, “we” or “our”) (“our website”).
Displayed prices do not include sales taxes, except for UK and EU orders, which include VAT. All taxes (except UK and EU VAT) will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order, at any stage, prior to delivery. In particular, we may stop processing or terminate an order due to errors or inaccuracies in any element of the order, including pricing errors, whether such error or inaccuracy appears on our website, is specific to your order, or represents a discrepancy between the two. Moose Knuckles will communicate this information to you via email.
Subject to the foregoing, all prices on our website are final.
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased at a discount, including sale or promotional merchandise, are not eligible for price adjustments.
To qualify:
- The item must have been purchased at full price.
- The new lower price must be offered by us (Moose Knuckles Canada).
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be the exact same model, color, size, and variant.
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments.
We do not offer price matching of any kind.
Customers may redeem a discount code for only one item and discount codes may not be combined with other codes, offers, merchandise discounts/discounted merchandise (e.g., discount codes may be used only for full-price items).
