All European orders are shipped from our warehouses in Netherlands or the United Kingdom. Moose Knuckles Canada covers all duties and VAT fees. Returns
All items can be returned 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items sold at a discount are eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Only requests for refunds on merchandise purchased in-store or from our online store at www.mooseknuckles.com will be accepted. We do not accept requests for returns on merchandise purchased elsewhere. Please note, online purchases made using PayPal, or Klarna can only be returned through our online return portal, and not in our retail stores.
The garment must be unworn, and in its original condition. All tags must be affixed to the garment.
Moose Knuckles will thoroughly inspect all products before issuing a refund.
