Holiday refund and exchange policy: Any full-priced product purchased in store or online from November 18th, 2025, through December 24th, 2025, can be refunded or exchanged in store or through our online portal until January 5th, 2026. Refunds requested on full price merchandise will be credited to the original payment method. Any items sold at a discount (excluding gift cards) from November 18th through December 24th, 2025, in a full price location or online will be offered through a Moose Knuckles gift card. No returns or exchanges in stores on November 28th & December 26th, 2025. Online orders must be postmarked by January 5th, 2026. Returns will not be accepted after this postmark date. 

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in outlet stores. Please note, online purchases made using PayPal, or Klarna can only be refunded or exchanged through our online return portal, and not in our retail stores.
