RETURN POLICY

Full-price items: Free returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Proof of purchase is required. Not available for purchases in our outlet stores.  

Sale items less than 50% off or any purchases from our outlet stores: Free returns within 14 days of delivery, for credit in the form of an online gift card at the value paid. Proof of purchase is required. 

Sale items at 50% off or more: Final sale. Not eligible for return. 

Only purchases made at mooseknuckles.com or in our "Moose Knuckles” branded retail stores are eligible for return under this policy. We do not accept returns on items purchased from other retailers. Under this policy, returns of items purchased in-store may only be returned in store. If purchased at an outlet store, it must be returned to an outlet store. If purchased at a full-priced store, it must be returned to a full-priced store. Online orders paid for with a credit card on our site may be returned in-store or online. If paid for using an alternate method (e.g. PayPal or Klarna), it may only be returned through our online return portal, not in store. 

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
